We first moved the existing shed and set it on a new concrete pad, then built a new four car detached garage. Phase two of the project was a much needed main floor laundry addition and new garage roof. The final phase of the project was to add an addition, including digging out the existing partial basement and creating a full basement and then a full two story addition on the new and existing foundation. The new 1st floor included a new family room, master suite, and guest bedroom with bath. The 2nd floor had two bedrooms with baths and a small office. this home went from a typical 50's ranch to a new open spacious home.
