This project is a 1890's Victorian 2 flat in the Historical District of Brewer's Hill in Milwaukee, WI. This project had just about everything form the removal of 8 layers of shingles from the roof to extensive water damage to a complete reconfiguration of the interiors of each unit. We also rebuilt the existing front porch and returned it to a more period correct state.
